Training for the Bolder Boulder 10K – Week 3

Week 3 of training – first week with 3 runs in as long as I can remember. Felt great but my legs were definitely tired at the end of the week.

The weather in Greenwood Village, CO was amazingly warm for the second week in a row, and with almost all of the snow from the big storm we had a few weeks ago melted and gone, I was able to get outside on the lunch hour with a small group of co-workers over the lunch hour on Friday!
