Training for the Bolder Boulder 10K – Week 4

Week 4 of training – busy week but a nice late save with two weekend runs. Sunday was my first training run with Tobey of the season. He did great! We talked the whole way and he didn’t realize we had gone more than the planned two miles. 🙂

The weather in Greenwood Village, CO was still unseasonably warm for the third  week in a row so I was able to get another outdoor run in, mixed in with a treadmill run. I was happy to see that my legs recovered well when running two days in a row.
